Billing questions
Monthly subscriptions are processed securely by Stripe in US dollars. You can manage renewal and cancellation from your dashboard.
Automatic renewal stops immediately, while your plan benefits continue until the end of the period you already paid for.
Employer-created jobs are marked inactive and removed from the public job board. They remain in the employer workspace and are not deleted.
Agents continue through the paid period and are suspended when that period ends. Existing applications remain available in the candidate dashboard.
Yes. Available plans can be reviewed from your dashboard whenever your hiring needs or job search changes.
Every active plan includes referrals. Plan 1 earns 5%, Plan 2 earns 8%, and Plan 3 earns 15% from each successful referred subscription payment. Monthly rewards are capped at the referrer's current plan price, cannot be withdrawn, and do not carry forward.
